We handle any returns for Honeywell that require repair and calibration

We handle any of your repair and calibrations needs beyond the OEM Warrantee period.

For Products that needs returned please follow instruction below so we can expedite the process and get your product returned to you as soon as possible

  • In order to expedite your product return, please follow the steps below:

  • Please Contact our Customer service Representative

  • Bob Battista at 574-246-1913 or preferred by email at bob.battista@valuetooleng.com

  • If possible please provide the following:

    • A brief description of which service you require

    • description of problem if applicable

    • Approximate size and weight of item being returned

  • You will be issued an RMA number and given Shipping instructions.

  • We will have a work order in place and awaiting arrival of the product, so we can start on it as soon as it arrives on our dock.

  • If require we will evaluate the product and determine best method of completion.

    • Customer will be advised of work to be performed and estimate time of completion.

    • After completion Customer will be notified and informed of shipping information.
